THE HEAVEN HOUSE

The Heaven House was founded after caring for my mother in my home for 13 years. She passed away at the age of 98. After she suffered from four strokes in one year, I was surrounded by wonderful medical help for her in the home. The care and support she received during this time was so special to my mother, to me, and to my whole family.
This inspired me to open a small group home for the elderly so others could receive the loving care like we experienced. The family members could rest assured, knowing their loved one was receiving the best care in the comfort of a beautiful residential home.
After three and a half years of determination, research, studying, remodeling, and credentialing, we opened the first Heaven House on October 1, 2010. The community’s need and positive response has allowed us to open additional homes. There are now four Heaven Houses serving the Oklahoma City area with residential assisted living.

OWNER & ADMINISTRATOR
Diane is the owner and founder of The Heaven House. She is a mother of two and grandmother of six. She has been an educator, entrepreneur, business owner, and caregiver for over 45 years. Her passion and love for taking care of older individuals is inspiring to all those around her.

Brian Simms
MANAGING PARTNER
Brian began caring for the elderly at the age of 12 when his grandmother moved in to live with his family. This personal connection left a lasting impression on him, and he has been managing operations at The Heaven House for the last 12 years. He also manages the home care extension - Premier Private Care. Brian is married to Rebeka and has four children.
